Your minutes are reserved when a job starts and deducted only when your film is successfully delivered. If rendering fails, we automatically retry once. If the second attempt fails, your minutes are restored automatically—no support ticket required.
No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel your subscription anytime, and you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription won’t renew, and payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Everything you need to know about video minutes, billing, and commercial licensing.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of finished video minutes. Create short clips or longer films—the amount you use depends on the duration of your successfully delivered videos, not a fixed number of videos.
It depends on the length of your videos. For example, 30 minutes of monthly allowance could produce thirty 1-minute videos, ten 3-minute films, or a combination of different lengths. Your actual output depends on the duration of your finished videos.
No. Your included video minutes reset at the beginning of each new monthly billing period. Unused minutes expire and cannot be carried over to the next period. The only exception is an upgrade: the minutes left on your old plan are added once to your new plan and expire at your first monthly reset (see “Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?”). Purchased extra minutes are subject to their own validity terms.
You can purchase additional video minutes without changing your subscription, making it easy to keep creating when you need a little extra capacity. If you regularly need more minutes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan for a larger monthly allowance and additional benefits.
You can upgrade at any time while your subscription is active (for example Creator → Pro, Pro → Studio, or monthly → yearly). We don’t offer downgrades mid-cycle (Studio → Creator, yearly → monthly). To move to a lower plan, turn off renewal in the billing portal, keep your current plan until the period ends, then choose the plan you want.
An upgrade starts a brand-new plan. Your new plan begins today with its full minute allowance and a new billing period. Your current plan ends immediately:
Examples (you have 10 of your 30 Creator minutes left; prices exclude tax; your 10 minutes expire at the first monthly reset after you upgrade):
Don’t cancel and immediately resubscribe just to switch plans. Plan changes through the portal are being finished; until self-serve upgrades are live, contact us and we’ll move you to a higher plan on the same terms as above.
Prices on this site are shown in USD. At checkout you are charged in HKD or your local currency. We settle in Hong Kong dollars; Stripe Adaptive Pricing may present a slightly higher local amount at Checkout than the USD list price — that is FX presentment, not a different list price. Plan checkouts work the same way. See the note above the plan cards and the Advertise payment note for sponsor slots.
Your minutes are reserved when a job starts and charged only when delivery succeeds. If a render fails, Kinogaze automatically retries once. If the second attempt also fails, your reserved minutes are restored automatically—no support ticket required.
Every plan includes all six cinematic styles, landscape (16:9) and vertical (9:16) formats, AI text-to-speech and voice cloning, burned-in captions, downloadable SRT subtitles, and cloud video storage.
Higher-tier plans include larger monthly video allowances, extended storage, and early access to new styles and features.
Creator is designed for creators building a consistent publishing habit. Pro provides three times the monthly video allowance of Creator, plus extended storage. Studio provides six times the Creator allowance and early access to new styles and features.
The monthly price displayed is the equivalent monthly cost when billed annually. Your annual subscription is charged upfront: $299 for Creator, $799 for Pro, or $1,499 for Studio.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription through your billing portal at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period and won’t renew afterward. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Yes. You own the finished videos and scripts Kinogaze generates for you. You can use them in your own projects and channels where you already have the right to publish. There’s no Kinogaze watermark and no requirement to credit Kinogaze. See our Terms of Service.
Films built entirely in Kinogaze use archive images from licenses that allow commercial use (such as public domain, CC0, and CC BY). Keep any on-screen photo credits the film shows. Don’t clone a voice you don’t have rights to, and only run Product Ads for brands you’re authorized to promote. If a platform asks you to label AI-assisted content, follow that platform’s rules.
Creator includes 30 days of cloud video storage. Pro and Studio include 90 days. We recommend downloading your finished videos and keeping your own copies if you need them beyond the included storage period.
If you consistently need more capacity, upgrading to a higher-tier plan is usually the better value because it combines a larger monthly allowance with additional plan benefits. If you only need a little extra capacity occasionally, you can purchase additional minutes instead.
